From the main entrance of the City of Norfolk Courthouse building, follow the right side hallway all the way to the end and take the elevator to the second floor.

The library is open from 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday – Friday. The library is located within the City of Norfolk Courthouse and follows the courthouse’s holiday schedule and closures for weather or emergencies.
